Lighthouse on Texel, NL.

The lighthouse was largely destroyed during a fight against den Nazi occupying forces in WW2. Later it was reconstructed with a new outer shell. In the 3rd or 4th level you can move between both old and new wall in a small corridor ... both a funny and a scary feeling ... since you still can see the scars left by the bullets.
