I stopped between one of his acts and asked him when the next one started. He began right there, but before he really got down to the tricks, he paused for about one second and noticed me framing him up, and this is what he gave me.

Sonny Holiday is a street magician. He is one of the first subjects I ever photographed on the street, and he has been one of the subjects I have been able to constantly concentrate on as I run into him on the street because he is regularly found in his spots around town.

This photo really exemplifies his character.
